Fall 2017-Spring 2018

As a historic Lockeland Springs infill home, this award winning project began with the simple concept of a front facing gable featuring tongue and groove cypress.  The intention was to create a contemporary home with a modest footprint (875sqft) where every corner of the home would be maximized and purposeful.  Accents like the vertically oriented siding and reclaimed Colorado ski lift front porch swing presented above the waterfall staircase truly make this a stunning addition to the fabric of the neighborhood.
