Located at the intersection of 16th and Boscobel, this project was designed to demonstrate unique infill opportunities within a more historic context.  Set on a challenging uphill landscape, these small (1250-1325sqft) homes demonstrated the possibility that less was in fact more. Despite the footprint of just over 600 feet, these 2 bed, 2.5 bath homes squeeze functionality out of every inch. Custom built islands, vanities, built ins and more, make these “small homes” truly feel like everything you need.
