Originally conceived as an homage to the Victorian home, 1408 was the original new construction project in the Sloss Fine Woodworking portfolio.  Custom designed and built features can be found throughout the entirety of the home.  As a city dwelling, the yard features functional art that doubles as a bike rack. The 5 panel mahogany front door welcomes each guest to the home where the mahogany details can be found hiding inside. Featuring a rooftop deck, enclosed interior porch and spacious open floor plan, this residence continues to radiate at the heart of Lockeland Springs.
